Story

I was a Lead Product Designer at Adobe in 2017 and our team at Adobe Design had already been working on completing the web experience for the Adobe Admin and the work spanned across the lifecycle of customer journeys with Adobe.

The current experience was designed for desktop since most users would be at their desk to perform administrative tasks. However, our hypothesis was that a mobile version could improve workflows for customers, especially for those who may often be on-the-go.

Concept

What is the Adobe Mobile Admin Experience?

It is an admin interface for businesses to manage employee access to Adobe software and a result of every interaction that a customer has with Adobe's Cloud services and products, from discovery to purchase to renewal and the support that received from Adobe.

The goal for this project was to distill the most commonly used tasks on desktop into an accessible mobile web-app experience.
